This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines our procedures and terms regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.

  • “Customer”, “You”, or “Your” refers to anyone who places an order with the Company.
  • “Goods”, “Items”, or “Products” refer to the household appliances, air conditioning units, parts, and accessories offered by the Company.
  • “Website” refers to our online store and any official e-commerce platforms affiliated with us.

2. Return Policy (Within 30 Days)

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in unused, original condition, and must not show any signs of installation, operation, or wear.
  • Items must be returned with original packaging, manuals, accessories, labels, and documentation intact.
  • You must provide a proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation, or receipt).

Returns that are incomplete, damaged due to improper handling, or lacking documentation may not be accepted.


3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • We will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Approved refunds are for the product value paid at the time of purchase, excluding any additional charges unrelated to product cost.


4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at chill_breeze_zone@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include the following:
    • Full name
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photographs of the item (especially if damaged or defective)
  3. Wait for confirmation and further instructions from our customer support team before returning any items.

Ensure the product is safely packaged for transit to avoid damage.


5. Cancellation Policy (Within 12 Hours)

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. You may cancel your order within twelve (12) hours of placing it.

Conditions for Cancellation:

  • Cancellation requests must be made via email to chill_breeze_zone@outlook.com, including your order number and full name.
  • Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed, packed, or shipped.
  • Approved cancellations will be fully refunded to the original method of payment.

Orders that have already entered processing, packaging, or shipping cannot be cancelled. In those cases, please wait to receive the item and initiate a return request as per our Return Policy.


6. Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Products

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:

  • Notify us within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • Send an email to chill_breeze_zone@outlook.com with the following:
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos clearly showing the issue and the packaging

After reviewing your report, we will provide a resolution, which may include a refund or replacement, subject to item availability and assessment.


7. Exchange Policy

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like to obtain another item, please return the original product (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item separately.
